Ausstellung von ARCADEmaxi in der Nacht der Bibliotheken

Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung “Lange Nacht der Bibliotheken” in Düsseldorf wird ArcadeMaxi ausgestellt. Zusammen mit anderen Licht-Objekten und -Vorführungen wird es in der Fachbibliothek Technik/Gestaltung der Fachhochschule Düsseldorf zu sehen sein. Wahrscheinlich besteht auch (zeitweise) die Möglichkeit die Spiele Pacman, Tetris und Pong auszuprobieren.

Da das alles sehr kurzfristig geplant wurde, steht es nicht im offiziellen Programm, das unter: http://www.bibl.fh-duesseldorf.de/lanabi2005/ zu finden ist war.

Exposition of ARCADEmaxi at the Nacht der Bibliotheken

In the context of the “Lange Nacht der Bibliotheken” in Duesseldorf, ArcadeMaxi will be on display. Next to other light objects and performances, it can be seen in the Fachbibliothek Technik/Gestaltung of the Fachhochschule Düsseldorf. Presumably, it will also be possible (from time to time) to test the games Pacman, Tetris and Pong.

Blinkenlights zum 4. mal in Berlin

Nach Blinkenlights, Blinkenlights reloaded und Blinken–Lite ging am 12.10.2005 Instant Blinkenlights im Rahmen des “Festival of Lights” für zwei Wochen an den Start. Die Installation ist war wie die erste im Jahr 2001 monochrom. Es kann konnte unter der Rufnummer 0190-987654* wieder Pong gespielt werden und Blinkenlightsfilme können konnten an contact ‘bei’ blinkenlights.de geschickt werden. Die Filme könnt konntet ihr z.B. mit Blinkenpaint oder Blimp erstellen und im bml-Format einsenden. Die Loveletters Funktion gibt gab es diesmal aus Zeitgründen nicht.

Wer nicht in Berlin ist war und trotzdem mal einen Liveblick wagen möchte wollte, kann konnte bei der Webcam von Berlin-Online vorbeisurfen. Zwischen 19 und und 7 Uhr ist war die Installation in Betrieb. Wer die Filme ganz genau sehen möchte wollte, kann konnte sich den aktuellen mcuf Stream von proxy.blinkenlights.de Port: 4242 auf seinem Bildschirm oder Blinken-Projekt visualisieren. Hier einige Möglichkeiten:

Blinkenlights in Berlin for the 4th time

After Blinkenlights, Blinkenlights reloaded and Blinken–Lite now Instant Blinkenlights went to work at 12.10.2005 for two weeks in line with the “Festival of Lights”. The installation is was monochrome like the first one in 2001. By phone on 0190-987654* you can could play Pong again and Blinkenlights-movies can could be sent at contact ‘at’ blinkenlights.de. You can could create the movies for example by using Blinkenpaint or Blimp and send it in bml-format. The Loveletters functionality isn’t wasn’t available this time cause the team couldn’t spend time on it.

If you won’t would not be in Berlin and anyway want to dare a live look, you can could surf to the webcam of Berlin-Online. Between 7 PM and 7 AM the installation is was activated. Who wants to see the movies intimately can could visualise the current mcuf-stream of proxy.blinkenlights.de port: 4242 on one’s screen or blinken project. Here are a view possibilities:
