Beblinkt wird die <a title=\"WP: Toronto City Hall\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Toronto_City_Hall\">Toronto City Hall<\/a>, bestehend aus dem 99,5 Meter hohen &#8220;East Tower&#8221; mit 27 Etagen und dem 79,4 Meter hohen &#8220;West Tower&#8221; mit 20 Etagen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fl\u00e4chen der T\u00fcrme werden in jeweils zwei Bereiche aufgeteilt. Es ergeben sich 4 beblinkte Fl\u00e4chen mit insgesamt 960 Pixeln. Der West Tower blinkt oben mit 22 x 8 (176) und unten mit 22 x 7 (154) Pixeln, der East Tower mit 30&#215;12 (360) oben und 30&#215;9 (270) Pixeln unten. Die Fl\u00e4chen k\u00f6nnen unabh\u00e4ngig voneinander, aber auch synchron bespielt werden. Es wird das bekannte Format <a title=\"Blinkenlights Markup Language (BML)\" href=\"http:\/\/wiki.blinkenarea.org\/index.php\/Blinkenlights_Markup_Language\">Blinkenlights Markup Language<\/a> (BML) verwendet. Eine spezielle Software zum erstellen von Stereoscope-Filmen gibt es (noch) nicht. Mit dem bei OS X Leopard (10.5) enthaltenen Quartz Composer und den <a title=\"Blinkenposer plug-ins for Quartz Composer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dasgenie.com\/blinkenposer\/\">Blinkenposer plug-ins<\/a> ist es m\u00f6glich Animationen zu erstellen. Diese k\u00f6nnen dann mit dem <a title=\"Stereoscope Simulator\" href=\"http:\/\/blinkenlights.net\/stereoscope\/simulator\">Stereoscope Simulator<\/a> (f\u00fcr OS X und das iPhone) in bmls konvertiert werden. Es ist aber auch m\u00f6glich z.B. <a title=\"Blimp\" href=\"http:\/\/stefan.blinkenarea.org\/Blimp\/\" target=\"_self\">Blimp<\/a> oder den <a title=\"MPlayer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mplayerhq.hu\/\">MPlayer<\/a> mit blm support (.\/configure <code>--<\/code>enable-bl) zu verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Stereoscope, Spiele\" href=\"http:\/\/blinkenlights.net\/stereoscope\/games\">Interaktive Spiele<\/a> d\u00fcrfen nat\u00fcrlich bei einer Project Blinkenlights Installation nicht fehlen. Auf den beiden oberen Pixelfl\u00e4chen wird es m\u00f6glich sein, mit einem Mobiltelefon Pong und eine Art Tetris zu spielen.<\/p>\n<p>Was technisch in Form von Hard- und Software verwendet wird, ist auf der Webseite (noch) nicht beschrieben. Nur, dass eine neue drahtlose Technologie zur Ansteuerung der Lampen entwickelt wurde.
